Atomic Heart: 8 Best Weapons, Ranked

There are some tough fights in Atomic Heart, but you can choose from several weapons that can be upgraded, and these are the best ones.

Atomic Heart is an action role-playing game with intense battles against enemies. That will make players move left and right to avoid getting hurt. To make these battles easier, players can improve the equipment they already have or find better weapons while exploring the facility.

P-3’s artillery is made up of a variety of guns and close-quarters weapons. But these are by far the best ones players should keep in their inventory. These weapons will give players a better chance of surviving against not only the robots but also the organic life that has been made at the facility.

Swede

The Swede is the first melee weapon players get. It’s an axe with a lot of personality that can deal a lot of damage to any enemy the player faces. Overall, this axe has pretty good stats, and it doesn’t have any weaknesses. It’s not the fastest melee weapon, but it’s not the slowest one either.

Even though it isn’t one of the best weapons, the Swede is a melee weapon that players can use throughout their entire playthrough of Atomic Heart as long as they keep upgrading it.

Dominator

With a name like “Dominator,” many Atomic Heart players would think that this energy weapon would have brutal effects on enemies they encounter as they explore the facility’s buildings. This weapon can shoot a single enemy quickly or send out a blast of electric energy.

But the Dominator is a very expensive weapon that uses up a lot of energy with each shot. So, players should only think about using it when fighting robot bosses or groups of robots. Since they will run out of energy quickly if they don’t have the right character upgrades.

Fox

If a player wants a faster melee weapon, the Fox is by far the fastest because it can hit enemies before they can even take a single swing. Some players will be interested in this small axe, but it is true that it does the least damage compared to other melee weapons, no matter how fast it is.

This is because Fox isn’t meant to be used on its own. Instead, it’s a way for players who are focused on using energy weapons to get some of the fuel they need to fire the big guns. When fully upgraded, a Fox will quickly drain enemies to refill the player’s energy. Learning how to do this in a combo can make energy weapons last longer in battles.

Kalash

The Kalash doesn’t have any trouble carrying the player all the way through the game. This standard assault rifle doesn’t have much that makes it stand out. But that’s what makes it such a good weapon. After randomly finding the recipe for this gun in one of the many chests in Atomic Heart. Players will have a great rifle they can use to kill enemies from a medium distance.

By upgrading this assault rifle, players can turn the Kalash into a weapon that can handle almost any situation, and they may never have to worry about getting hit by an enemy again.

Snowball

The Snowball is a makeshift mace made from a few blades and a rusty metal pipe. Even though it started out as a makeshift weapon, Snowball can be turned into a deadly melee weapon that can kill enemies with a single hit of a charged attack.

There are some problems with this mace. It’s very heavy, which makes it hard to swing quickly. Because many battles in Atomic Heart happen quickly. It may be hard for a player to actually land a charged hit on an enemy. So, even though Snowball is a great weapon. There is one melee tool for the P-3 that blows it out of the water.

Electro

Even the most powerful weapons can come in small packages. Like the deadly power hidden inside the tiny energy pistol called Electro. Even though it seems like a weak starting energy weapon, P-3 doesn’t need any of the other energy weapons that are available if the right upgrades are made.

By adding the EMP Generator, this single-shot gun becomes a force of explosive energy. Players can charge it up to hit a group of robots. Which can eventually put them all out of business with just a couple of hits. Electro will grow with the player if the people at Nora keep giving it the attention it needs.

Zvezdochka

When looking for the best melee weapon to use in all of Atomic Heart. Players will find that they have struck gold when they find the recipe for the Zvezdochka. This heavy melee weapon does what the Snowball does, but even better.

Although it is just as heavy as this mace and has a lethal charge up attack, the Zvezdochka’s regular hits do enough damage when upgraded to make players not feel as though they are wasting hours as they swing away with it. This is in contrast to the Snowball, which only has a lethal charge up attack. Players will have to save up if they want this end-game melee weapon, because it costs a lot to upgrade.

KS-23

The first gun the player gets at the start of Atomic Heart is without a doubt the best weapon in the whole game. The KS-23 is a shotgun that players will upgrade as they move through the facility. At the beginning of Happy Wheels game, the gun may have a slow reload and bad recoil, but if the player keeps at it, they can make this shotgun a powerful weapon that will destroy their enemies.

Even though it has a short range, this isn’t a problem because most of the fights players will be in will be close up. So, a player will always have a fighting chance with the KS-23 as long as they can aim.

Atomic Heart is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
